	Vibrant Faith in the Congregation The goal of the webinar will be to help congregations weave outreach and faith formation into most every aspect of the life of the congregation. The Vibrant Faith Frame will be used to create a unifying culture in the congregation through a number of ministry areas including evangelism, Christian education, worship and preaching, youth and family, stewardship, administration, and preschool and after school programs.
	Volunteers: Learning to Invite, Equip, Support and Celebrate their Contributions This 90 minute training will cover the basics elements for establishing a volunteer management system and will provide specific, proven strategies for inviting, equipping and supporting volunteers. Participants will be able to download a Volunteer Management Manual at the end of the training session that they can use as a foundation for sharing the ministry with volunteers.
