At Vibrant Faith Ministries coaching is an interactive process that encourages individuals, ministry teams, congregations and larger church organizations to grow within the Vibrant Faith Frame. The Institute's coaching process strengthens your leadership skills in three key areas - communication, building relationships and achieving desired outcomes. Our coaches will help you question assumptions, remove roadblocks, and stay the course.

Our coaching process typically involves an onsite visit as well as ongoing conversations that can be done in person, by phone, or via e-mail, Skype or iChat.
