Coaching

Vibrant Faith Ministries views coaching as a spiritual process that helps you discover what God can do in your life and in your ministry.

To sign up for a complimentary 30 Minute coachingAt Vibrant Faith Ministries coaching is an interactive process that encourages individuals, ministry teams, congregations and larger church organizations to grow within the Vibrant Faith Frame. Congregations who have undergone our coaching process are rewarded with church leaders who are more adept at goal setting, make better decisions, and take more effective action.

The Institute's coaching process strengthens your leadership skills in three key areas - communication, building relationships and achieving desired outcomes. Our coaches will help you question assumptions, remove roadblocks, and stay the course.

Coaching is for people and leadership teams who want to:

  • Make vibrant faith a priority for themselves and others
  • Become transformational leaders
  • Reach personal goals and ministry outcomes more successfully
  • Identify gifts, develop skills, and expand personal capacities
  • Learn and network with others who are passionate about vibrant faith
  • Explore new ways to resource and equip individuals, families and congregations

Our coaching process typically involves an onsite visit as well as ongoing conversations that can be done in person, by phone, or via e-mail, Skype or iChat.

Why consider Coaching?

  • In the midst of busy schedules and the demands of weekly worship services, confirmation classes, leadership meetings, pastoral care visits, and more, it is difficult to stay focused on the Vibrant Faith Frame rather than revert back to routine patterns of thinking and working in the congregation. Without coaching, the new ways of thinking and working get “off track.” Coaching provides the ongoing support to keep the VFF on track in the life of the congregation.
  • Having a coach offers congregations an economical way to expand the size and impact of the staff without funding a part-time or full-time employee: The coach becomes the staff member the congregation often cannot afford to hire.
  • In these demanding and changing times, nearly every congregational program staff member needs a coach. When we get too close to our work we can’t see it objectively and creatively anymore.
  • Coaching can help promote and refine the following areas: strategic planning; team building; leadership development; research; community development; care of souls; and ministry skills.
